On first glance, the focus of the book is on Naomi, a widow from Bethlehem; Ruth, a young widow in Moab; and Boaz, a kinsman-redeemer.

But in a more profound way, the focus is on the steadfast love of the LORD that never ceases… for all those who take refuge under his wings (Ruth 2:12).

The message of this book echoes throughout Scripture and take us all the way to the Lord Jesus, our Redeemer and King.
